Q.- How long have you been in the cleaning business?
A.- Since 2001

Q.- Will I need to sign a contract?
A.- Yes. However, is month to month.

Q.- What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
A.- The contract is month to month and the customer has the opportunity to opt out with a written 30 day notice to the company.

Q.- How do I pay for my cleaning services?
A.- Pay invoice via check or Visa. Normal terms are net 30.

Q.- How do I arrange for services, and how much do you charge?
A.- Request a site visit along with how frequently your business needs service and how much square footage.

Q.- How do you access my business?
A.-  With key's provided to us by your business along with any alarm codes that are need for us to complete the job.

Q.- How do you protect the keys to my business?
A.- All of our employees must pass a background check. We also, have a $10,000 Dishonesty Bond and Liability Insurance of $2,000,000.

Q.- How many people will clean my business?
A.- This is determined by the size of your business and the number of people to complete the job in a timely manner.

Q.- Will I always have the same service provider?
A.- Yes, unless the person doing the work has performed below standards set by our company.

Q.- Are all service providers trained and supervised?
A.- Yes, they are trained by the owner and there is no onsite supervision. There are regular site reviews performed by owner to ensure the work is being done properly.

Q.- How do I pay for your services?
A.-  You are invoiced at the end of the month, with net 30 on payment or with your visa card.

Q.- What is the cancellation / reschedule policy ?
A.- Month to Month

Q.- What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
A.- All holidays and business closings are considered part of the month. Arrangements can be made to modify regular schedule.

Q.- What should I do if something is broken by one of your staff?
A.- Contact the owner and proof of damage.
